Hello People,

Please can anyone tell me what it means to be refused based on immigration status when i still have some months on my UK visa as am applying from UK.
****you have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay.In reaching this decision,I considered several factors,including:
1.your travel history
2.your immigration status
3.your ties in Canada and in your country of resident
4.purpose of visit.


Has anyone got this as I need better clarification before I re apply........Help ur brother :'(

I think that they are unhappy that you cannot return back to the United Kingdom after your studies and that the alternative of not returning to your home country is a high risk. You should return to your home country and apply from there after making sure that you have strong reasons to return home.
