Hello all - please can anyone with any knowledge/insight please advise me?
I have filled in the background declaration and on my partners form he has two arrests.
Although I have put this on the background declaration form, do I need to put extra info?

For example 1 of the arrests went to magistrates court and he was found not guilty
The other arrest was not taken any further by the CPS,basically he detained a robber who was trepassing at his workplace whilst he waited for the police and then the robber said he was assaulted and robbed!
Should I supply scanned copies of the bail notice and cancellation and memorandum of entry with the not guilty verdict for these to show that it did not go any further?

Thank you in advance

attach all documents that you may have.
attach a copy of police record check.
Only Convictions count as charges may be dropped.
Court documents are a must.
