Advice on TRV for parents

Hi guyz

I am planning to invite my parents to Canada on Multiple visa entry from India.

Background
I am married have Canada PR and my husband also have PR. We do not have enough income. Our income from last year was $30,000. My brother also lives in canada but he does not have PR yet. My little sister around the age 21 is in India with parents.

My parents have 2.5 crore property in India and they are planning to show 5 lakh in indian rupees which is around $12,000 to $ 10,000 in Canadian Dollar. My grandparents are also in India.

Our whole family is in india expect me and brother is in Canada and our one sister is in india living with parents in india.

We also planning do buy tickets for 2 months. The reason is invite them on my first baby's first birthday

what do you guyz think of chance of getting TRV for my parents

Frankly speaking I would not say sureshot they will get visa, but I would recommend if you represent your case well they have 80-90% chance to get visa.

1) Apply online on CIC
2) Apply for single entry visa-TRV for less than six month stay (if its there first trip)
3) You do not need to show your income in that
4) Draft the documents well, which show three things a)they will not overstay b) they have significant ties c) they can afford there trip
5) You do not need to buy tickets (there is easy way around)
