Advice on Regularising Status

Is there a way he could regularise his status based on the poor job and living conditions. He s no longer working.

So he has filed a a report about the abuse with his BC employer? If so, do so. Look at vulnerable open work permit, and apply with proof. May get one year work permit. When does work permit expire?
