Hello All,
I am Indian Citizen and PR in Canada residing in BC. My wife is Mexico citizen and i did sponsor her PR 2 years ago and she is in Canada with me.
We got married in Mexico in 2015 Dec. The marriage certificate is in Spanish issued from Mexico. My wife's name is not present in my passport.
When submitting marriage certificate in Canada for OCI application -
a) Would a simple translated and certified Marriage certificate be enough?
b) Should marriage certificate be apostilled ? Canada is not part of Hague convention, so i hope its not required.
Hope to hear your thoughts.
Thanks,
Nara
