I am currently in Canada on a work permit that expires in February 2026. Currently, I am working in a part-time/seasonal role, which does not involve a skilled NOC position. I also hold a TRV valid until August 2026. I am seeking advice on the best pathways to maintain my legal status and improve my chances of obtaining permanent residency (PR).
I plan to apply for a work permit extension by the end of January 2026. While the extension is being processed, I am considering several options:
