Advice on letters to be written by friends/family?

Hi all!

I am applying for Permanent Residency through my Common-law relationship.

Does anyone have any advice on how the "statutory declarations of individuals with personal knowledge that your relationship is genuine and continuing" should be formatted? Any details they should include?
