Hello, a college in Ontario has offered me LOA, I'm yet to pay for the issuance to start application for study permit. Classes start by May 29, 2020. Do I have a chance?

I have the offer, they are waiting for my payment for the LOA, then I need ur advice as regard bank statement too, I'm looking towards a sponsor, I haven't got one yet, and am applying for my wife and kids accompanying me.

What I think is getting a sponsor and applying through them would just delay your process as it takes more time then.
What you can do is apply for study permit and mention over it that your family will be accompanying you and you will be the main sponsor for them, other than your expenses you would have to show at least 4000CAD more per family member.
