Hello, a college in Ontario has offered me LOA, I'm yet to pay for the issuance to start application for study permit. Classes start by May 29, 2020. Do I have a chance?

I would advice you to apply for study permit at the earliest as it may take upto 30 days to get issued, have you received the offer from the college ?

I have the offer, they are waiting for my payment for the LOA, then I need ur advice as regard bank statement too, I'm looking towards a sponsor, I haven't got one yet, and am applying for my wife and kids accompanying me.

What I think is getting a sponsor and applying through them would just delay your process as it takes more time then.

What you can do is apply for study permit and mention over it that your family will be accompanying you and you will be the main sponsor for them, other than your expenses you would have to show at least 4000CAD more per family member.

You can get the statement by going to the bank, they"ll provide you at the same moment.

Try to get an official letter as well which should state bank confirming the balance.

You can even apply for a GIC if so and show other funds for your family member, I'll attach a link for GIC as well.
