ADVICE NEEDED.

I have news today from my MP, he say's , Aug 2011 is my nex BFD and it seems a long time to complete .

August will be 3 months off 3 years since I applied for inland PR..lease look at my timeline ..


What can I do ?

What do you think is the cause of the delay on your process?

Probably because I had a security interview, and I have asked my MP what we can do now ???

I am sending request for FOSS notes again today too, I guess my application is on Jason Kennys desk :


But at least Aug is only BFD anything could happen between then and now.

So sorry, can you MP look into it any further...did they tell you what's holding up the application? Do you have a criminal record? It really sucks, I hope it move faster for you.

I emailed MP to ask what can we do now, just waiting for a reply. I dont have a criminal record no.

Anyone know if any PR application has taken more than 3 years ?

MP told me we are going to wait until July to see if CIC has completed my PR then we are going to make a move, maybe I might get W5 involved.
