advice needed wife sponsorship

I am in the works of sponsoring my wife from Pakistan.

We were married in late 2013 and have been collecting documents. Such as wife's passport, new nic with name change, police and medical.


I am a born canadian citizen.


We had also been filling out the immigration forms and signing and dating them as we completed them.


Now as of Aug. 2014 the forms had changed due to the age of dependent from 22 to now 19 years of age.



Now my question is:

Do we need to re fill the forms and date them again ?

For example some forms we signed in May 2014, do we have to redo that form and sign it for november 2 2014 ?

Because of the new forms that came out Aug 2014.

you need to fill in the new forms because they will ask you in any case the updated ones; and therefore it will delay your application.

since you will fill in new forms, yes you need to re-sign them.

if you are sponsoring only your wife, the fees would be 75+475+490
total of 1040$

If you are filling new forms then YES you need to put new date and signatures on the forms, please do very much careful regarding Nikah Nama as people are getting delays due to lesser work on this point.
Attach Urdu Nikah nama attested by Foreign Ministry. Translated english nikah nama notarized. Union Council marriage certificate. Nadra Marriage certificate etc.
