Advice needed to answer travel history quesion in PR application

Hello everyone,

I've received the Invitation to apply (Express Entry), and now filling the PR application form. There's the part of travel history and I've filled in all my tourism, education, business travels.
However in the past few months I travelled extensively (once or twice per months) to Singapore to take my father to cancer treatment. For these trips, should I declare purpose as "Tourism", or declare clearly that I was taking my father to receive treatments? Will it affect my application somehow (e.g. they might think I have commitment to stay and take care of my father)?

Be honest. It will look strange if you were travelling so frequently to the same place as a tourist.

Don't have to be too detailed. Family medical treatment or something like that will be fine.
