Advice needed regarding express entry as well as provincial nominee

I have got 444 score..... Are there any chances that I will get in express entry???
If not....then how many chances are there that Ontario or any other state will pick me under provincial nomination...
I have got 3 years + experience as a assistant food procurement manager....

444 is tight, but it's feasible! It's far from hopeless. There have been some very recent rounds with 438, 439, 442 and 443 points.
It may not happen on the next round, but be patient. Submit your profile and wait. If it doesn't come in the next 6 or 7 draws, then it's probably time to explore PNP.

For provincial nomination, you'll have to check each stream's requirements to see where you'd fit. It depends on the stream. Frequency at which notification of interests are sent out is really unknown. If your NOC is in a in-demand occupation, then you might receive it soon if you fit all other criteria. But it's not systematic. Plus PNP routes are very lengthy. With your score, I'd suggest you wait for ITA.

Thanks... If I had the IT experience for instance Computer programmer...etc ...then what would the chances in PNP?? I heard Ontario and British Columbia picks up IT individual soon

Yes. In New Brunswick as well.
You'd then have good chances if you meet all other criteria, but you'd still have to wait for notification. I think some streams you can apply to them directly, but not 100% sure.
