Hi everyone, So after working for my employer for 6 months they sadly would not support my application for BCPNP 
they simply said they do not support this position ( administrative assistant) NOC B
I am now searching for an employer who will be willing to help me apply for BCPNP or EEBC as a skilled worker and looking for advice on how to go about it.
How should I go about communicating during the job application phase such as cover letters and interviews that I need them to apply for BCNP and I will only work for them if they can support me.
Im worried that employers may not be knowledgable about PNP and think it may be a hassle and an expensive to them to support me, so will choose other candidates over me.
I have limited time remaining on my work permit I can't waste more time with employers who are unwilling to support me, so I need to only accept jobs with employers who are willing to help.
