I just got ITA during the last February Healthcare draw, currently I have an issue, I have three work experiences for the NOC that I claimed point for
* First Experience - I have a strong reference letter from the company, and my bank statements to prove income (Have very good online presence - can be verified)
* Second Experience - I have a strong reference letter from the establishment and my bank statements to prove income (Online presence - can be verified)
* Third Experience - This is where I am having issues, I have the following, a strong reference letter, an offer letter, a contract renewal letter, pictures of me at the work place, my professional licence (local) for the years I was working, and bank statements showing payments from my start date to some months (about 1 year and 6months bank statement) before I left the company, I am missing bank statements for the last 3 months of my stay at the company. The reason is because the company was going through a financial constraints at that time, so I was mostly getting wages in cash (not full salary) while still working full time. I spent around one year and 10 months in the company (Have a very good online presence - can be verified).
* Another issue, while the reference letter from the third experience states that I worked 40 hours per week, my offer letter says I am to work 44 hours per week -- hope this issue would not be an issue
Should I submit just the reference letter and wait for the officer to request for income proofs for the third experience OR
I should submit all the documents I have for the first experience / second experience / and submit just reference letter for third experience
PS: There are no pay stubs (It's not a well known thing in my country), No tax filling(this ought to be handled by the companies, I am not sure they did, as their revenues are tax-free - not up to the amount needed for them to pay tax)
