Hello

I applied under noc 0631 on June 23rd 2010, my status is still RBVO. I received my CAIPS notes on June 3rd 2012 which says my application has still not been reviewed by a visa officer. My representative also suggests that the only thing i can do is wait until I get further instruction from the embassy, my application is at the London office. As I have been following this forum for a while I see many applicants who have applied during the months of March, April, May and June 2010, their status changed to in process or medicals received or even visa stamped. Please need valuable advice.

I have a few questions. i was told that during June 2012 my application would come out of the queue and will start processing.

My questions and query's are:

If my application still says RBVO by end of this month (June 2012) what should i do next?

Is there something I can do to enquire why my application is still not in process or for an exact timeline?

What is your advice on what should be my next move?

When do you think I can expect something?

I would be grateful if anyone could reply with your insight on how I should deal with this situation now and later.

Thank you.

requesting seniors for their suggestions.....

Hi jnathan,

Mallu is also one amongst "thousands and thousands" of unfortunate applicants awaiting a decision. He is just seeking advice on the probable "methods" to extract an updated information on his file and not seeking ways to expedite his file.

He has the right to request his VO to update him and more so because the the only tool, GCMS, that can give any information regarding the activities of the VO about is file has been untouched.

CIC has not given any assurance that Pre Jun files will see the light of the day after Jun 2012....this is just a speculation and has no basis.
