I had been enrolled in a 4-year degree (Geography and Aviation ) at the university of waterloo. I started in 2011 and finished in 2021. I had to take a break from studies for 3 years between 2015-2017 due to a medical reason ( would not have been able to progress in my course at university while being on those medications). After I got off of the medications I resumed studies in Canada in 2017 and with 8 months of studies remaining, I came back to India for a short break and applied for a study permit extension. This was refused 4 times in 2019 which meant I could not complete my program without being in Canada. But things changed with covid 19 in December as classes went completely online and this allowed me to finish my degree and add a specialization to it as well. I am now looking to apply for a commercial pilot training course ( 2 years) and wondering how to go about the study visa application process.
My 4th application was submitted by an agent and unfortunately, it had a lot of grammatical issues, the SOP was written by them and they submitted it without my consent. This refusal listed language abilities as a reason which was never listed in the previous 3 applications.
I ordered GCMS notes and this is what was written:GCMS notes
