Hi All,

I need your help to fill form " Additional family Information IMM5406E"

As per guide:

This form must be completed by:
You, as the principal applicant,
Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).

My question is : how we can fill this SECTION A

Relation column is hard coded as Applicant, spouse, mother, and father.. As a applicant i can fill here, but how i can fill for Spouse and son. since my spouse and son are not applicant, how they can fill here.

Is "section A" comman for all? Please help me to understand this section. I am not able to understand guide.

Assuming you want to bring your spouse and son with you, they ARE applicants.

On your form you fill out your information, your spouse's information as spouse, and information for your parents, children, brothers and sisters as noted.

On your spouse's form your spouse is entered as the applicant, you are entered as the spouse, and the information for the spouse's parents, children, brothers and sisters are also entered as noted.

If your son is 18 or over he must submit this form as well.
