Dear Canadians and Ukrainians in Canada!
We are an ordinary family of four living in Ukraine. Unfortunately, since tragic political events have taken place in Ukraine, instability in every sphere of life prevents us from normal being.
Firstly, I would like to ask you for an advice. My husband is a skilled IT-specialist, though his English requires further improvements. I am an economist (finance department) and a philologist (English, Russian and Ukrainian languages). Currently I'm on a maternity leave. Our older son is almost 4, the younger is almost 1 year old. What are our chances to get visas and a permission to immigrate to Canada? What immigration program is better to refer to? Will it be better that only my husband submits documents for visa (at first)?
Secondly, we ask for any help to rescue our family. Does anyone have a chance to provide us with an invitation letter (since we have no relatives abroad)? Will an invitation really help to get visa?
We are ready to work hard and to contribute to Canadian economy. Please, be sure that we are not looking for any material help (money, shelter etc.) I suppose, we will be able to provide ourselves abroad, but intangible assistance is highly appreciated!!!
If you require any additional personal information, we'll be pleased to give it.
We are much grateful for any information or help from your side!
Regards,
Irina
