I have my case described below in bullet points.
- Country of residence and work, India.
- MSc Distributed System degree from one of the Britain's top 10 Universities (already asked for transcript for WES verification)
- Bachelor of Engineering from India in Computer Science. (already asked for transcript for WES verification)
- Waiting for IELTS result. (Had scored 6.5 in 2006)
- more than 7 years of IT experience
- since last 2.5 years, working as an independent contractor for US based company. Its a Remote Job.
- married with 1 child.
- 35 years of age
- Full Valid British Driving License. (May help )
- I have no job location restriction. I can work from any part of world. Just need to plug in my laptop and start working. Basically, If I move to Canada, I will be bringing 1 Job from India instead of taking up Canadian Job. My salary is in USD which is quite good in CAD terms (Confirmed with My friend in Toronto). So, no pressure of finding new Job there. Is there a way to convey this in my Visa Application?
- As an independent contractor, I can get letter of Contract from Company in US, which also states my hourly Rate. Complete Earning statement also available in USD terms. What else do I need?
- Whats better for me, PNP or Express Entry?
- I can bring CAD 80-100K with me (need to check Indian Laws if its allowed ). Would this help my Visa Application.
- Is there any better way for me to migrate to Canada?
