Most of my friends who applied under AINP in Alberta with strategic recruitment schemes got
their PR in 6-7 months, this scheme doesnot requires you to be with employer during the process.
Your occupation skill should fall in the category...Its been 8 months since I applied under CEC and heard nothing...

Yes, if you apply under anip you will receive the response in a month or some times even less.

They with that nomination you have to apply to cic which will take up to 10 months or less
