My employer is advertising the position on Job Bank, Work BC and other places. (going to sponsor me)
The ad on Job Bank only provides very basic information with the link to the ad on Work BC. Will it be considered acceptable? I mean, does the ad on Job Bank has to include detailed information as the ad on Work BC? Will they be counted two ads in this case?
I believe my employer has provided the full description of the job on both websites, but only the one on Work BC shows everything. Is it ok that as long as people who can access to Work BC through the ad on Job Bank then we are good?
Please, anyone who has a similar experience, share with me your story.
