Hello. My husband received ADR and officer has requested to submit IMM5532 under both Applicant and Sponsor's name. Will be it just one form done together or different versions of both of us? Also for letters from friends and family, can we write their narrated version in English or they can write it in different language and then get them translated and notarized? Please advise
