We submitted the 2025 sponsorship application for my parents using the online application portal. We did fill in everything including the online IMM5406 form but today I got the ADR for the same IMM5406 but they want us to hand sign and date the paper IMM5406 form and scan and upload for both my parents. Is this normal?

There always seems to be inconsistent decisions and application about this. Not much to do about it except return signed.
