Dear all, the consulate has come to my home and ask about the adopted child (14 years old) who is included in the application; but unfortunately she was not at (my) home for this year - as she is studying at her own's parents. What happen if the consulate did not believe that I adopted that child? We have medical check up on July 2012. Thanks for your feed back.

If you did not report the same and update the visa office you may face the problem......and evidence is clear she is not at your home and consulate simply found it .......and what reason you gave why she is at her parents place ??????

If you adopted her, then you are her parent. The fact that you speak about her biological parents as "her own parents" and as well as she has been living with them for this past year indicate to me that you have not really adopted her. If that is what the consulate thinks too, it is possible that they remove her from your application.
