my academic profile is;
Matriculation 67%
Intermediate 60%
Currently doing Bach. Business administration (Hons.) With 2.8 CGPA in 1st year (semester 1 & 2 )
IELTS 7 Bands

What are my chances for admission in undergraduate programs in Canada or university credit transfer. Which University is suitable to apply with Low grades ?
