Hi guys,

Below is my profile:
10th / SSC - 77%
12th / HSC - 64%
Bachelor in Engineering (I.T) - 7.0/10 CGPA
Backlog: Subjects - Mechanics, Maths (1,2,3,4), Logic Design, Automata Theory, OS, Data Structure
I had backlog in first two years
Backlog: Subjects - 9, Total attempt - 19 including absenteeism
Last two years aggregate - 8 CGPA
IELTS - 7 Band Overall
1 year work experience in android development company
1 Research paper

Please tell me, with this background is it possible for me to get an admission into university?

The only way to know is to apply. We can say no, and University will say yes and vice versa. It is all about trying.
