Can anybody on the forum advise on the cut off levels for admission to

1. University of Waterlolo
2. University of Toronto

in Software Engineering/Computer Science for students studied under Indian Education System. Are there any strict English Langugage proficiency requirements or academically qualified candidates get chance to undergo bridge course or like to show their proficiency after admssion. What are the chances for wait list candidates. What are the deadlines for finalising the admissions for September 2014. Any other University/Colleges still offering admissions for September, 2014 intake for the above field i.e. Software Engineering/Computer Science.
