Admission in Master with low IELTS score

Hope everyone is doing well.
I need few information regarding to my cousin sister. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
She did BBA with 60% and took IELTS recently. Unfortunately she got only 5.5 overall (Listening 6 band, rest of the module 5 band).
She is planning for Canada and would like to take admission in MBA , but i dont think so that wold be feasible with that score.

So my question is,
1) Would it be possible to get the admission in MBA?
2) If not possible then she will get admission in Post Grad rather than MBA?
3) If yes she can apply for PR after completing of PG or she must need to do Master?
4) Can you please let me know some universities where she can apply?

according to my knowledge for aplying to canada atleast 6 bands overall is required with no less than 5.5 in each module.
1.For applying to MBA she needs a higher score in ielts plus she need GMAT score and work experience.
2.again ielts score needs atleast 6
it all depends upon IELTS score...

Would it be possible to take admission in Post Graduation course rather than MBA, and once its completed she can move to MBA?

she still needs atleast 6 overall in ielts in order to apply for canada's for post graduation course
...experts here may know better so experts on this forum correct me if m wrong
