Addtional Family/Generic Application forms??

Hi,
I have filled my EE form and submitted in August.Now I am blessed with baby while the PR process still in progress. I received a request letter from CIC stating all the remaining doc of the baby and wife's Xray should be submitted in Stipulated time. Along with that they have given me 2 forms to fill. One is Additional Family information and other one is Generic Application form. I am not sure if this only for the baby or do i need to again enter all the family members' details as well. Has anyone gone this process.
Can anyone help.

You have to fill all the information including the new information as the form you submit now will replace the form you submitted previously.

So, does this mean that all the documents that we had submitted earlier like proof of funds,WES, experience letters etc have to resubmitted again?
