Hi all,

My employer is not willing to give a proof of work experience letter addressed "To whomsoever it may concern". They are asking for a designation/ address. In this case, whom should i get the same addressed to? CIC? Any specific address/ designation I can use? Please note that this a reputed MNC and is apparently, it is a business practice followed firm-wide so I'm assuming many of you have faced such situations in the past. Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

If addressee is organization, can either of the following be used:
Citizenship and Immigration Canada; OR
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada?
