Hey guys..
I know people have answered this question before but I just wanna be sure I am sending it to the right address.
So, I am currently in Canada (principal applicant) as a visitor but we're going to apply as an outland application.
should it be this or that address?

Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

Spouse and Common-law Partner (currently living in Canada):
CPC-Mississauga
P.O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, ON
L5A 3A4

See this link.

The first address you posted is correct, however there is a courier address. The benefit of sending it via a courier (Fedex, UPS etc) is that you can track it and know when it arrived. CIC do not notify you when they receive your application.

The courier address is (edit, thanks Ponga!)

Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

Uh...that's the same address that the OP provided. ;D

Now I am a bit confused.. I could send it to
Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

or
Case Processing Centre – Mississauga

Really?!

Ok...if you don't care about having a delivery receipt...just stick a stamp on it and address it to the first address.

If you'd like to take andrew-brit's excellent advice...send it via a courier (such as Fed-Up, er...I mean FedEx, or UPS) to the second address.

Got it.. thank you very much.

Also be sure to write

Sponsorship : ( Type of sponsorship*) - OUTLAND

(Obviously replace Type of sponsorship with spousal or common law).

It is recommended by members of the forum to write OUTLAND because Mississauga handles inland and outland applications and sometimes CIC gets confused and treats outland applications as inland.

So if you are married and you send it via a courier it would be:

Sponsorship :Spousal - OUTLAND
Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

Like Andrew said -

Make sure you list what type of sponsorship it is.

Don't list all of them :-) just lost Spouse and Outland.
