The ACPO website states that there is a different mailing address for couriers.

i sent mine by Royal mail special delivery which is guranteed next day to this address:

ACRO
PO Box 481,
Fareham,
Hampshire
PO14 9FS.

i think u should send ur application to that address as well. it doesn't matter how it has been sent
