Address question

I am currently living in Egypt with my spouse and daughter, in a rented flat. On my husbands Egyptian ID he has his family home address (you cannot change an address without proof, i.e.: Electric or Gas bill, which are in the flat owners name) on the application I will be putting the address I am living at. What address should I put for him?? I can write an explanation (if needed) but will it be necessary??
Also, I have no proof that I live here, as I am not on the lease (which expired a couple years ago) and the flat owner knows nothing about me, as my husband does everything for that.
Life is so different here in Egypt, it will be difficult to explain it on the app.

he puts the address where he intends to be when cic mails him something. if you are married, cic doesn't really care if his mailing address isn't the same as yours or different than his ID. this is very common and has no bearing on the application. there is no need for an explanation. just put in the address he wants things mailed to. that is all they care about.
