When I check my PR application status using the 'Application Status Tracker', I can see that in the 'Contact Details', the address is mentioned in a different manner for all 3 applicants. The current status of my application is 'Background Verification In progress' and it has been so since mid-November. The address for my son has been taken from his previous student visa application. This address is of the representative who helped us with the application.
- Is this possibly because the information from my PR form hasn't been updated in the system yet? I have provided the same address for everyone at the time of submitting the application.
- Do I need to raise a web form to inform them that the addresses are not matching for all applicants?
