Can anyone please provide a detailed guideline for these two section in the EE profile after receiving ITA?

This is so overwhelmingly scary...

Not sure why you think this is scary.

Address history - places of residence (where you lived permanently)
Travel history - trips/holidays you took outside of your home country or country of residence
Personal history - activities, i.e. what you did (studying, working, etc.)

Obviously, make sure it matches up.

Besides, this has been discussed so many times here, I'm sure you will find plenty of threads if you run a search.

And can these histories overlap with each other?

ie. Address Hitory:

May 1, 2014- Present: XXX, Canada

Travel History:

Jan 2016-Jan 2016: XXX, USA

Personal History:

March 2015- Present: Work at Canada

In address history they are asking even days...i guess i just need to sit down and think hard about where I have been the past ten years.... :)

Yes, of course - you should expect them to overlap because they are asking for different information in each section.

Your example above is good; this is how you should do it.

Good luck!

hey dexmoody,

what if for example, from April 29-June 11, 2014 I went back to my home country for a visit, in my address history, during that time should I just put down my home address in my home country then? Or that should be written in the travel history?

Also, after I came back to Canada on June 11, 2014, I stayed at a friend's house until end of June to look for a place for July.

so what should I put down between June 11- June 30, 2014? My friend's address?
