Now i have a question i know the address history must match the personal history my question is do you list even addresses that are not your residential address meaning if you travelled to a country for a week in a hotel should you input that address into the address history or is it only addresses you made a permanent home. :-\

Addresses where you had mail coming in :)

You don't need hotel addresses. When someone is travelling, usually they still have a home somewhere that they will be going back to at the end of the trip - and this home is their address during the trip as well.

What if those traveling no longer had a home address throughout longer periods of travel? I've left town multiple times from anywhere from 6 to 18 months, moving out of my then current houses/apartments/etc. Is our best bet to just explain that we were on the road?

If you "move out" and then leave town and live somewhere else for 6 months I would class that as an address change yes. Or do you mean left town to travel around for 6-18 months?
