My friend is waiting for pasport request. He is July candidate. He will be moving next month to another apartment in the same town. He will inform cic right away about the move. Do you think it may delay the process?

CIC is kind of unpredictable that way.
Considering he is a July candidate, its early days yet. His moving should'nt be such a big deal.
