Address change to sponsor in Canada, how to inform CIC ?

I am the sponsor, living in Toronto. My process is Outland Spousal.

I have moved to a new place in Canada so my address and phone are new.

-do I inform CIC, and how can I make changes
- if the applicant moves do they have to inform CIC as well?

How do you get the final confirmation to spousal visa for pr in Canada saying visa is granted?

Will it be by mail, phone or email?
