Additional Verification- CIC replied my email. Help please

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required.

Please explain this email. Also my AOR is 11th April 2019. Why didnt they take my fees when i submitted the documents.. it has been quite a long time. It is weird that everyone paid when they submitted their documents. They didnt ask for it from me.

Jan Applications haven't been cleared yet why are you worrying. I recommend you stay clam for at least 2 -3 months

Your estimated completion date is 11th October 2019. You shouldn't be fretting over your application before 11th October 2019. If you don't receive PPR by that time, apply for GCMS notes.
