What are everyone's thoughts on labelling each additional page to a form number? We have pages upon pages of email, Skype, and letter correspondence over te years? Do I need to do that for all of the pages?! Ahh?! what about photos!? Thanks!

As an example, I included our wall-to-wall on Facebook, which includes our mutual friends. I labeled anyone I discussed at any point in the application - especially his sister and her kids, because they a different last name (sister's husband).
My "additional" pages were 1 document. It looked kinda like this:
