Additional medical information for visitor record

Hello everyone, I am trying to extend my mum stay in Canada. so I applied visitor record for her. We get approval Letter in first day, and a medical request on second day, which is very wired. But we did the medical exam and sent to IRCC. The 2 weeks later, I received a email form this email address.
<IRCC.MHBRMOOttawaOutbox-EnvoiOttawaBMRDGMS.IRCC@cic.gc.ca> saying I have to do addition medical exam, and the detail will be in my IRCC account. However I never received a new message in my IRCC account for addition exam. Then I called IRCC the clerk saying there is no new message for me. whatever I get is whatever I get. so I am very confused.

Anyone gets same situation here? Please share. Thank you!

the details is in the panel physician who perform the medical exam of your mother.They are only one that have access to there portal because the panel physician is the one send the result to IRCC.You will recieve the email but you need to call the clinic that do the check up of your mother and inform them.Usually the doctor only has the access nobody else.Hope it helps

Thank you so much! I did call the clinic today. and ask specially about the follow up exam. Then they said they can access the e medical under my mum.

For anyone gets the same problem, call the clinic, and ask them for follow up exam. The physician will not get a notice if you did not call and ask.
