Hello Everyone,

I am applying for the renewal of my PR card. I am required to provide my address, work and educational history which requires more space than the allocated one. In the video tutorial from the CIC website, I came to know that I can provide additional details on a separate sheet of paper.

I wonder if there are any requirements for that additional page?
Is it ok if I print this information on a simple A4 paper?
Do I have to attach that paper to the end of my application or next to the page on which the remaining information is provided?

BR,
Aalishan

A normal piece of paper is fine, you should put a title on it to explain where it links to in the main forms.

Thanks. and where to attache it.
Next to the page it is in continuation with ?

As long as it included there should be no issue - make a note on the form and refer to the form on the additional page.
