Additional Information IMM 5406 being asked for single applicant

Hi all,

I just received a letter from CIC asking for an additional family information (IMM5406) to be completed.

the letter said "Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures."

The question is I am not sponsoring any one and its a single applicant (unmarried). Do I need to submit separate documents for my family members (Father, mother and siblings)?

As the IMM5406 says only whoever getting sponsored has to submit this document. I am confused now

Pls anyone help me in this issue.

No, you need to complete a single form only in this case.

Can you help me as well, I have the same case , i am applying for my own PR and not sponsoring anyone or anyone is sponsoring me. But i am married and my wife is not accompanying me. Do you think my wife has to fill this too and i have to send both my form and from her perspective as well along?

This is really confusing as the instructions leave you wondering with many ways of interpreting. Thanks
 
Any updates on the Imm5046 form.

I received the form today - 01/08/2021 (almost a month after submitting my application)

How did you all proceed with it?
