additional family members ..im totally stressed

I don't understand this form . I have looked over the whole site read and re-read the directions and have been on the website for more info .

Do the applicant who is my souse who is applying outland from the U.k .Have to put down his children info , his parents info ,sisters info and my children as his step children ,by the way neither of his children are coming to Canada , and mine were born here . As the new law will apply to us he will have no dependents.



Please help clear this info .

Yes, yes, yes, and yes.

The form itself says "Include ALL sons and daughters, including ALL adopted and step-children, regardless of age or place of residence."

Dependents (if there were any) would be added to a different form.

Right , that's what i will do . I guess the confusion with me is i am filling out all the forms and think to myself ,how many times do they want the same information ,but as 1 poster said the forms gets passed a long to all different departments .

I feel sorry for the people who don't read English to well because if i'm getting frustrated and confused ,they must be pulling out their hair .
