Additional family information. Where do I have to write about additional paper?

I need advice, please. I need to add another sister and since there are not enough sections, I need to add one more paper but where do I have to write about the additional one ( right next to Section 3 heading or on the top of the form, or inside the last third section?)

And should it be something like (Please see additional paper)?

I did a spreadsheet with additional family members and attached it to the back of that particular form. I didn't write anything further on the form about the additional sheet, because it's clearly there.

However, on the sheet - I included the application ID IMM5669 or whatever it is and subheadings number... so it looked like this:

RELATIONSHIP INFORMATION AND SPONSORSHIP EVALUATION (imm5532e-1)
*Additional Information*

PART A – SPONSORSHIP EVALUATION AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE SPONSOR
1. Sponsor’s employment history

5. Address History

The numbers 1 and 5 refer to the section number from that form.
