Hello again!

in this form it says in section b that i have to list all of my children (even if they are already permanent residents or citizens of Canada). yes,i listed my child who is in the philippines and my 5 month old here in canada.

but it also says,children of your spouse(step-children) or common-law partner.

Does it mean i have to include the child of my common-law partner or my sponsor?

Can someone clarrify this to me pls?

Is your sponsor your common law partner?
Include all children, including that of your common law partner. If she is NOT your sponsor, whoever is has to fill that form out as well and will put their chilren in.

I'd put your stepchildren in too, even if they are the children of the sponsor. In any case, it won't hurt the application.
