For the additional family information form it says it must be filled out by the applicant and the spouse. They only mean if the spouse is in a foreign country as well right? Like I am my wife's spouse but I wouldn't fill out that form because I'm Canadian and already live here right?
Also, it doesn't say to attach an additional form but it only shows 4 boxes for my wife to list her siblings. She has 5. Should we just add an addtional sheet following the rules for the questions on the other forms if the answer won't fit in the boxes?
