good day everyone! i need some help. regarding addtional family information Section A,
i am the principal applicant.do i have to put the name of my spouse whom she is a sponsor?
hope somebody can help,so confuse..thanks!

yeah Applicant is yours and

if your wife is sponsoring you then you put her name in 2nd row

they wrote "Spouse or common-law partner"

i have another question... about my passport i have old passport expired 2013 now we married last oct 2010 he is canadian now we start process permanent residence he live quebec... what about my passport on permanent residence form can i used my old passport my single lastname or i change my passport to new with my husband lastname.. what is the correct
