Additional Family Information Form (IMM IMM5406E) help

My Spouse & I both have some work experience , both having 12 years of experience. In April if we see our Occupation is in the list then we will apply for FSW on May 2013.
We have 2 small kids (6 Years and 3 Years)

My Spouse is Primary applicant (has masters)
I am dependent (with Bachelors)

In Additional Family Information Form does my spouse only need to fill in the Brother Sister Name ? Since spouse is Primary Applicant.

Or do I also need to put my Sister details in there ? (Since she will be Sister In-Law to Primary Applicant)

Form 5406E - Additional Family Information has to be filled by Primary Applicant as well Spouse.

When filling the form as Primary Applicant, she has to add all brothers and sisters of her family.

When filling the form as Spouse, you need to add your brother and sisters of your family. (while filling the form for spouse, at the beginning the Primary applicant fields will be your wife name , date of birth,etc).

So this means it will look like this :

Form 1 will say
1.) Application Name - Spouse ABC
2.) Spouse of Application - My Name
3.) Kid 1 Name - KID ABC
4.) Kid 2 Name - KID XYZ
5.) Brother Name - BRO ABC
6.) Sister Name - SIS ABC

Form 2 will say
1.) Application Name - Spouse ABC
2.) Spouse of Application - My Name
3.) Kid 1 Name - KID ABC
4.) Kid 2 Name - KID XYZ
5.) Brother Name - BRO XYZ
6.) Sister Name - SIS XYZ

So in 2 forms only 5 & 6 will change, wont it look confusion to visa officer that all is same why 5 & 6 changed. Since form does not say whose brother sister it is (applicant's or spouse's)

Exactly......to make it clear for Visa officer , take a yellow sticker (which is removable later on) and put it on both form mentioning Primary Applicant details / Spouse details.

Only 5 & 6 point will change in the form.
